Hi, I am new to this share,a few things I am confused aboutif anyone can share some lights would be really appreciated. 1) the share trading @6.5c, and PRR's new share plan priced at 7c, why would share holders take the offer instead of buy off the share market? 2)What will be the result if the PRR fail to raise fund? what is the capital required? Can PRR survive survive without further capital raising? 3)more importantly,how long will it take the company to pass the trail and how long will it take to fully commercialise the product(is it 18 month mentioned)?
