Yes they said i had hypertension and that caused a brain bleed in the back of my brain. while i was in the CCU my blood pressure hit 220 / 125. Because of the stroke i now have a left homonymous hemianopsia so i can only see properly out my right side.
i was 100 Kgs before my stroke and then got to 120 Kgs in the years that followed so i was a bit of a slack shit LOL
Since joining the RAC family what i have learnt from all the Awesome posters on HC @wombat777 @Mason14 ETC about FTO has scared me into getting off my ass
i have lost 11 Kgs in the last 10 weeks by getting on the treadmill and exercycle every second day since.
