happy to see any of this court conjecture in black and white. However, in the absence of that you are just digging a deeper hole. Correspondence from JK which WAS released on MAP (I can quote it if you need as you don’t seem to have done much reading) cites him stating that ISX will look to make changes to the standard escrow agreement! Was he lying? Did ASX make up the quote and he felt he didn’t care and just wouldn’t correct it? Or is it all actually true?
Only one person in this thread is putting forward documents in black and white but you are happy to throw insults at me!
Why don’t you take a breath, read the docs and then ask your mgmt and BOD a few tough questions instead of venting at someone pointing out facts.
