Timing. We are playing on the world stage, but given RAC is not valued by the Australian market like it would be if it was a US company, there is the risk that someone who understands what we have might notice before the market here does.
In one sense it doesn’t really matter since all shareholders would win even if we were taken out for a 50% premium to today's price, but in my opinion it would be selling the company short. As the largest shareholder I am not keen for us to sell out too cheaply, but it is one of those things I have limited control over.
