I consider it cheap on the current forecasts, but the past performance is the reason the price is where it is. Could be quite a few investors sitting on the sidelines waiting for proof the ship has turned prior to jumping in. With vendor earnouts all but finished, new finance terms, decreased inventory and warehouse facilities, I think we'll see a brighter future.
