They are catering to a tech savvy audience with the app but not offering a flexible pricing model. Tech heads are getting used to having a lot of control over plans and subscriptions. Being locked for 3 months and then being required to pay 6.50 each month (for the remainder of the year) for suspension isn't something that appeals to me. I doubt I'd be alone.
