I think the intention of the table is just to simply measure the potential value of the asset per share, not to say that the share price is going to shoot up to $X with and X amount resource.
But good point I guess and perhaps you should be amending the table to reflect these variables if you’re so concerned with coming up with an accurate share price forecast?
But again, that seems almost impossible to do. This table just simply gives it all a bit of perspective
