they've stated that the scope is coming this month. it's been nearly 3 weeks.
also don't forget the VML CR is going to overhang them for weeks to come. will be a lot that are looking for an exit in the 7s on open this week and jumping into a fully funded CR completed w shares exchanged company aka IXR.
with a scope to drop this month I know if I was looking for a trade I would be pulling vml money and jumping into IXR (would probably stay in once I realised how much stronger the company felt, esp after the scope realises potential)
