It appears someone constantly trying to make it seem the share price is lower than it is by dropping small sells onto the lower buy price. I saw this occur a lot during the massive rise and the day following where there would be millions of shares bought then a small sell order dropped into the buy side to bring share price down that 1 tick! Interesting!
