As I have mentioned in some of my earlier posts, I also believe that the price will be around 60 cents or more by the end of the year mainly because the directors have quite a large number of options exercisable @ 55cents and expiring in Nov 09. I don't know what your definition of a market re-rating is but IMO an increase from 35 cents to 60 cents (increase of 71%)will definitely be considered a re-rating in my books.
The uranium price is also looking strong at the moment. Needs to go above $55/ lb to break resistance and reverse from it's current downtrend.
