They will have to borrow a lot of money to get going. E25 will be able to fund a large part of the EMM plant from cashflow and debt. It pus E25 in a much better position for existing shareholders. JB is not likely to be issuing any more shares. We don't have to worry about dilution - but EMN shareholders do.
