Not sure about everyone else, but I would love to get an update on the registration application process for either the NYSE or NASDAQ. Even some announcement like “we are targeting the NASDAQ and things are progressing well and we are still very confident that registration will be completed inside the next 3 months”.

Hopefully, our man Eddie Sugar is beavering away, doing what he does best to get all the ducks lined up to complete the process. It would be nice to know what major exchange we are targeting and what steps - if any - are in process or have been completed and even give us an estimated timeframe for completion.

Assuming the mandatory entry criteria has been met, my understanding is that the registration process only takes between 4-6 weeks. However, I think in our case, things are a bit more complex - in terms of meeting all the mandatory entry criteria - and the timeframe will be longer. Does anyone know any better.

Patience......... is required. But, I am confident we will all be pleased with the subsequent results, when the day finally arrives.
