Are they kidding me!!
They are seriously asking for more options to be granted for every new director - and the pool of director fees increased by 200k at a time when the share price has gone down 50%. How much more dilution do they want!!
Who the hell does Brad think he is. This has just concreted in my mind how out of touch - he and the Board are. We must vote this down.
Unbelievable Greed and a shocking disregard to all holders. Shame Brad. Utter Shame.
