True, I said that its a speculative stock that most investors wouldn't touch, and why would they. LYC already has considerable problems in Malaysia. You should do some research about the demonstrations over the years by locals who want Lynas kicked out of Malaysia. They're treading on thin ice even now and have a deadline to clean up their act.
Not many value investors would buy into a stock with a PE of 71 with no dividends ever paid.
I do see that the company has a good product but its over rated and over hyped at present. A valuation of $5.7 billion is crazy, maybe one day if it makes $600 million NPAT, then it would be worth the current share price. However thats not the case now.
