Correct me if I'm wrong but we haven't had any results yet.....so on what basis would people be taking part in a cap raise which is results driven if the market hasn't been informed of any results?
The only scenario i could think of is if he has results, put the stock in a TH, and will release the results together with details of the cap raise?
