PP - effectively just them converting NTM shares and options into DCN shares. The 2.7 for 1.0 share conversion accounted for just over 50m DCN shares and the conversion of NTM oppies to DCN shares accounted for the remaining 1.5m DCN shares. The NTM options were in the money so it makes sense that they convert them. There's an ASX announcement from 16 November 2020 that covers it. Of course it is positive but in itself no way suggestive of DGO looking to hook up with Dacian imo.
