The 64 million tons @ 10% is JORC compliant.
From the Prospectus:
"The Oakover Project is relatively advanced, having already defined a JORC 2012 inferred resource with, in the opinion of the Directors, substantial exploration upside"
The performance shares are conditioned upon achieving 125 million tons at 10% Mn.
