15 minuet chart: So the signs were there yesterday on the 15 minuet chart. So at the 18th we have a high forming bearish fractal, also at the same time we get a divergence as seen by the highest green candle, then 2 lower red candles, at the same time notice AO (think of this as momentum) goes from nice green momentum bars then changes to red as the 18th continued and begun to accelerate below the 0 line. Then you have the alligator (green, red, blue lines. these are fast:green, medium:red, slow:blue averages) the alligator by mid day was beginning to close up and the lines begun to cross over each other towards the end of the day. candles were now falling down into the alligator suggesting things were changing. By afternoon the candles had fallen below the alligator signaling ahead of today that the intermediate was going to be down. So with the AO, The candles, The alligator and RSI also below the 0 line, there were lots of indicators yesterday to say today would be red. I was not meaning next week, that depends on how today goes.
1 hour chart: Notice again we have the swing high, the highest high followed by 2 subsequent lower high candles. The candles are also seen here into the alligator as per yesterday and then again into today. We had a bearish fractal form on the hourly also as seen by the highest red candle with the green arrow above it. Notice as prices are heading up our RSI is heading down below the 0 line. Momentum on the AO turned red as well, accelerating towards the 0 line. So this was also signaling ahead of time of a sell down for at least today.
I am a big fan of RNU and im keen as hell on this stock. but it was time to be reasonable with this. we had a mad run and at least for a day there was going to be a small pull back. i am no professional, i don't offer financial advice but from the indicators i use and the knowledge I learnt about charts to a degree on a personal perspective today was going to be slightly red.
