Seems the NASDAQ and US markets in general are jittery about rising bond yields again. Inflation growth will drive interest rates up which will make corporate debt more expensive to service, and will make future profits priced into tech stock SP’s worth less.
In short, heavily indebted growth companies with no foreseeable net profit could be hit hard.
Remind me how much debt IOU has....?
