BJT have been thrown into the bnb basket, but are now fully divorsed, and even moveing out of the bnb building to new premises.

Name change expected within weeks, will potentially re-rate.

As far as REITS go, BJT have an int cost of just over 2%, best place to do that business, if you model works on debt.

Nothing wrong with debt that costs bugger all.
