Even if the SP is slightly under 20c - this would force the company to have the options underwritten and would see the heads rise based on that news alone.

WHY - because it will inject $30 mill CASH into the company.

Dont expect Directors to be converting options tomorrow, if they had the cash available they would be smarter to just buy up the stock at these crazy prices.
