Considering what we have all perceived as underhanded and bordering corrupt and criminal activity ever since Hanlong days, I would not to be surprised if this transpires if the iron ore is so so precious to them. They have played a long game and I personally don't imagine they would not have played out this suing scenario in their strategising.

The thing that I just can't figure out is why they just didn't let the Hanlong takeover play out.
