Great videos...

Mmmmm just wanted to give you a tip or two re creating "training style" videos, please don't take this as criticism and understand I have produced a few similar videos as part of my profession.

Script out what you are going to say before you begin recording. You don't have to follow the script religously but it can help smooth the presentation

Keep the microphone just a little further from your mouth and speak a little louder. Less "breathing noises" and other stuff will come through... the same affect if you turn your Microphone vlume down a bit.

mate... you are doing a bangup job with these vids, and more power to you. as an old bugger (yeah I know we were born in the same year :P) I am surprised at how much I prefer learning from videos such as yours, at least in addition to book learning and in some cases, I reckon the vids are even better. Coming form the old school, read once, then read again and take notes, then read a third time and rewrite notes, i am jelous as all getout of the young 'uns and the learning available to 'em now.
