that’s very true of our generation V, however now every man , women and child have a device on their person whilst at work, which enables them to chat / text to friends, buy online , trade , research and book holidays. This is the way it is, I think employers do have policies seeking to allow some private technology usage at work, it’s part of balancing work life with family life and other commitments. But yes, if someone is clocking up hours of private time, chasing the market on the bosses time, it should eventually get noticed. ZKT hasn’t said he’s doing this, 1 or 2 trades at lunch time etc is hardly robbing the company.
