Hey FactFinder, why do you seem opposed to Louis being able to sell his shares, to fund his options exercise?
Minimal extra dilution and BRN gets an additional 11 million dollars, as a buffer, before serious cash rolls in.
I still think any employees, would be able to sell shares, unless before reporting periods, or during blackout periods.
It should be a simple answerable question, by the Company, if a blackout period is in place, due to NDAs etc..
But because nothing about them, or any developments, is certain, until realised, I don't think that would be the case..
When Louis did his thing last time, there would have been many things unknown to the general market, that were not certain and therefore, not considered market sensitive.
