Too true SbL, but I'm sure there is that loop hole of the likes that if you are in "discussion" with creditors and the such, you can sidestep penalty. ASIC don't seem to have them on the radar...ann wise anyway.
A classic? example is Centro (CNP). Difference is %age loss and VS time. But the basics are there.
I do have faith this will work out well. To all, this not ramping, just my opinion after researching and investing.
Though how much can you ramp a stock that is in VS? LOL
