I guess this is perfectly normal behaviour for Balcatta and not many hardened resource investors will bat an eyelid but its very "un-Scandinavian" to ask workers to cut their wages while raising the fees of directors.

This kind of thing shows a lack of cultural sensibility imo. That ought to be an issue for all shareholders since they are depending on the goodwill of Greenlanders to allow them to mine.

I hope they consider this and opt to take a 20% cut in fees instead. It really shouldn't bother them since directors remuneration is largely symbolic, right?
