Drilling will be around $25m, before any drill stem testing( if gas is recorded), extra if you want to go to 4000mt, and that is purely as an exploration well....production is a different scenario.
As for pipeline and processing then look at the pre feed done by APA for EMP....you're looking at $500m+.... The gas will have to be processed to strip out CO2 and any other impurities like water, condensate, mercury etc....
Not as easy as filling up a Bunnings bbq bottle....
