A very good reply at last. In that it does recognize that these Environmental issues will need to be addressed and that the Company has not yet outlined any details on its mining methods ~ I hope my detractors take note, that "Flow Chart" is not a true or detailed explanation of how an elluvial clay deposit is mined !

As I keep on saying, I am not against REE mining, in fact I am a strong supporter of it as it is going to be essential for the Green Revolution to succeed. What I am opposed to are Companies that end up giving the Mining Industry a bad name through either irresponsible promotion of Projects that have little chance of fruition or worse still mining uneconomic deposits and then failing to protect / repair any Environmental damage they cause because their is insufficient Profit to fund the clean up.

Not sure how much confidence can be placed in the fact that the Government is allowing this to happen, Governments (even Australian) are notoriously driven by the Economy ~ As you point out the World is littered with failed Projects, most presumably Government allowed !
