anyway - i raise these points just out of interest, as i know that there are plenty on this thread who are quite focussed on consummation of the fer deal.
in fact, a couple of weeks slippage is no big deal. happens all the time. but the "2 months from announcement" rule is quite hard and fast. . . . hence my comment about getting the skates on!
