I tend to think that there must be a lot of "behind the scenes" negotiation. There is not going to be another "BID". There will either be a negotiated "deal / acceptance" announced or NO DEAL. It all comes down to Mat the CEO. It is either going to be a deal or no deal. There will not be just another offer

if there is a NO DEAL it will be interesting on how the share price reacts. It should most likely hold based current fundamentals but i would say there could be at least a 20 % pullback from mr market at least in the shortish term.

I think that if there is to be a deal the price will be getting towards $3 ,, maybe a bit short of that.
