Can you clarify that for me? It would seem from your posts that this dog with fleas ought to have sought out the BID earlier (i.e. drilled for it in the first place). Am I understanding this correctly that BID was never sought in the drilling until it was discovered sometime into the program?
I've lost more than a few stacks on this pig and would be interested to know if I have the gist of your posts correctly. If so, thats a cause of action if ever I saw one!
