Sometimes an equity stake is the only way to drive growth. I doubt it be Peter and Anil but I could be wrong. Also if it's possible some new top 20 invested has taken a position. The house accumulating shares for them has obtained enough to do a cross trade. The premium they paid is for the work they did to provide them with a stake? 40 million is about a 2.5 % stake in BRN if I DoD my math right.
But I don't think we have seen a wipe of share like this before on BRN. I also doubt manipulators will try to run the price down at this point.
