    let's be realistic now

    perception is pretty much reality
over 70% of credit card holders in Aus (and I presume not too dissimilar numbers can be expected in other first world economies) are 60 year old +

millennials are having a tough time buying into property, so their not going to have a credit card by virtue of an offset account

most millennials don't want to use banks, be it for superannuation, credit cards etc etc and I don't blame them - just have to see the royal commission findings to see why banks aren't loved

millennials are purchasing low value purchases - consumables, and using zip and other BNPL for, which is great.

customers don't find quad or zip expensive, as there are no changes for BNPL unless there is late fees.

merchant fees, which I presume is what you mean as "customers", then yes, this will have downward pressure due to competition, but there are many other verticals and values applying, which hedge this risk.

    economies of scale
