My question with this niclou et al is whether or not we are to do a dual listing as previously mentioned. In this case our price doesn't have to move at all if they don't want. At current prices they could float UNI at $5 for 12 million shares and raise $60m which at this point is approx our current market cap. This would give us interest free money to do a great portion of the Euro build.

Otherwise a consolidation would be needed if we were to scrap the ASX listing and list over there, either way they will raise enough funds to keep up with our future demands and keep debt under wraps. Maybe they might want a larger holding in the USA and try to get the full 100m Euro for the build??

It was good to see the first 09 float on the NASDAQ was well and truely over subscribed and the original asking price of between $12 - $14 ended up getting to $20 before they listed. It then opened up at $27 last night, I didn't see where they finished. It was an online resturant reservations website, they have court cases coming up and venture capitalists own over 50% of it. Good to see people are hungry to get in on the ground floor even though the company has some worries already!!
