Decan, if you are not holding the stock why are you getting so excited? What I fail to understand is why someone who is not holding the stock would waste time to read a non-price sensitive announcement in the detail that you obviously have. Oh well, only you can answer that.
I and other holders can only speculate.
I have no problem with directors being offered options. After all, if the price doesn't go up they will benefit little.
