CRO have only paid to USE Appstablishment's software under a licensing agreement, and that's the way licensing agreements work- you pay and pay and pay for the use, just like hiring a car. If you continue hiring a car rather than buying one, you will pay the cost of the car many times over.- soon CRO will own Appstab and all their technology. They will have Appstab's staff and Appstab's expertise. I'm not sure what part of that you don't understand. Without Appstab, CRO has very little to offer and everyone knows that. Appstab knows that, and so they can ask for 825m shares and know that is a fair price for a unique technology that will bring CRO large, consistent revenue. But again, I wonder why you continue badmouthing a stock you don't own and advising people to sell on the cusp of the merger/ 'go live' with the product? That is not only poor advice, but your continued negative posts on this forum have a malicious undertone. I am urging you to stop and just observer the next 6 weeks and then I think you will have something positive to say., or maybe you'll just be permanently silent.
