Call me sceptical....but does anyone else think the timing of PRR announcements is a bit suss?
First the SPP when stock is gaining momentum, then this shocking ann. again when stock is gaining momentum?
I for one believe this stock is being manipulated.
Watch this space for big ann. next week re US partner or hedge funde etc...
