This is what "The Seller" wants you to feel yatchy. I remember LEG has said something that they would subscribe $3 million worth of shares if there is a shortfall. How can they be sure that there will be a shortfall??? Think about it.

For this reason I think the sp will stay like this until 18 or 19 June. Who do you think will subscribe to the rights issue if the sp remains at 20c? That is how the shortfall comes from. DYOR.
