    No worries. I think it's still relevant as a starting point.
    The downgrades are clearly what the banks are nervous about and the impact on NAV. People can make their own decisions but I am selling at the first opportunity. I only have a small holding. If I get my average buy in price, I will be thankful for small mercies.
