Regarding 2002/3 I'd suggest zooming out a little and considering the context...
2002 lows were the valley in the middle of a massive double top. Do you think that share prices are so cheap that there will be a triple top or higher highs?
Fwiw I don't... I just see the context of the current rally as being 'following the double top' which to my mind makes it a completely different game.
