That is not what the price action is telling me. Those who bought at $2 were catching the falling knife and got lucky...it bounced. However most of the sell off is ex div..Strategy possibly collect div dump stock. Plenty of this going on amongst the big boys..in the banks and others. Not sure why I am telling you you do not appear to be overly smart.
