Observations:
Nova requires zero funding for at least 12 months assuming it goes ahead
Estelle is predicted to go gangbusters over the same timeframe
Directors are confident of much higher gold prices in line with new rules governing central banks as per Basel III
Conclusions:
Proactiveness on behalf of directors seeing value in an undervalued stock while determining to put the fear of God in would-be shorts and expressing gratitude to Nova's long term shareholders.
A relative minnow showing established gold producers how it ought to be done
