look the underlying stocks in a trading halt, no one can act on this info, this came out first thing this morning, its done the rounds of the market and overseas investors, The placement is done to sophs already I gather, its now public information, so its no longer private and confidential right?. So why cant everyone see it?, the market should be a fair playing field? plus its got a public disclaimer on it longer than my ding dong.
