well he definitly said the change of company for IRR was becasue they couldn't complete itin a time frame that suited the company. Take that as you will either a) the company refused to do it with out more time or they we b) held up by unforseen circumstance.

I asked about info for inital production rates and declne rates he woud not say specific numbers but said it was all factored into the IRR . No surprise there

I asked about finance he said it was in its final stages. That could mean anything and in actual fact could just mean our debt is due soon...

He said any company that wanted to make a offer would have a lengthy process of its own to do ie. dont expect any result for months.
