The whole unmarketable parcel all sounds very suss. For starters someone must know they just dont want to admit to it. Next is the fact that there are plenty of other shares where trades of a single share take place all the time, so the ASX doesnt stop "unmarketable" parcels from being traded. I would be annoyed if this prevented me from getting my allocation.
