Not quite sure what you are getting at, but KT has no grandchildren, “Alex” is Alexandra, all are named in the “change of directors interest notice” apart from that I don’t wish to make any further comment on the Talbot family, probably should not have posted my previous post, but I do know there are no grandchildren.
Something to think over
Like a lot of posters on here I have held script in Sundance for some time, in fact, I followed KT into SDL & most likely I will go out with him. So, in saying that, it brings me to a feeling I have on the future of SDL, it’s nothing more than speculation on my part, comments by “TheGun” got me thinking, or re-thinking, I did mention a couple of weeks ago in another post I thought SDL would be taken over completely.
The way I see it is the resource is just far too large for SDL to develop, there has been a lot of poster speculation about finance coming SDL’s way, maybe it will, but when you look at it, well__ it’s daunting.
There is the infrastructure__ a rail system, the port & the mine development, many billions of dollars, remember we are living through one of the greatest financial crisis the world has experienced & there are a few hard yards ahead before we see improvements in this area, I doubt this year!
When you look at the cash on hand, SDL has nothing, it might be a lot to us as individuals, but in the scale of mine development or hanging on for time, we are in between a rock & a hard place, of course there is an extremely valuable in ground asset, I am not forgetting that.
I think we all know the Chinese are hell bent on getting into African resource development; they not only have the financial resources, but in many cases the Govt itself are behind the entity. African nations are courting them, I think I read on an SDL thread about RIO being shafted out of a tenement they had spent millions on, so how patient are the Govt of Cameroon? Are SDL going to come under pressure to get a wriggle__ on or else!
So what is the future, well I think it’s a future sell out, most likely to a Chinese Company. Cam Iron will most likely survive to be the port operator, but that is of no consequence to SDL, so I am tipping an offer later this year. The price per share, well maybe others have an idea on that one, but I doubt TGH or other Top 20 shareholders would walk away without making a substantial windfall.
Like a lot of you, I am & have been holding for the long term, the $4 or $5 per share in 2014, I have never really been concerned about the SP falling, it gave me an opportunity to top up if I chose too, it’s always been about the future, right now however, I think that future is the scenario above.
Just an opinion, one gets tired of reading the same regurgitated thing re off takes, JV partners, finance etc, none of us really know, do we? Quite happy to be shot down in flames, time will tell.

re “Bigstar”
Correct re QOL, although all is not lost there, I have this stock also, bit of a BIG loss on paper, but maybe MLM can turn the numbers around, the “pollies” ref, none of us are infallible, to err is human.

The content above is speculation on my part, in essence I know SFA (left myself open here) what the future is for Sundance Resources, I, like you live in hope of great things for this Company.
