“May” is not something to bet the house on. Hogan is also and XRP holder , so caution required. I see one of two things happening. 1. Ripple is now deemed a currency but has to pay a fine for past actions. 2. Ripple loses, pays even bigger fine and moves overseas, to Asia with light regulation and even lower taxes,,and does very well. If listed in Asia, XRP can still be sold in the US. As only those affiliated to XRP are deemed to be breaking the law, according to SEC lawyer to a judge the other day.
