This seems to make sense. Finally we see an acknowledgement that the operating model was broken and needed to be fixed.
Certainly doesn't make sense for OLI to be running its own fleet of trucks rather than using a 3PL provider. However, I am not sure how the fresh branding will work when the food is prepared in a central kitchen potentially 1500km away?
