Fermiscan shareholders will want to be convinced that the PLT business is on the cusp of huge success - and that is the challenge for Ben and Rob.
If they can produce a nice, clean, persuasive bidders' statement with a strong call to action and this is then backed up by a Fair and Reasonable recommendation from the FER IER then this will all be wrapped up very quickly.
The offer will only be open for a few weeks - hardly any need for Supplementary materials to be prepared in that timeframe.
